Kimberly Bellipanni Hargrove, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Dr. Kimberly Bellipanni Hargrove is the Clinical Director and one of the cofounders of Will's Way, LLC. Dr. Hargrove is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Doctoral (BCBA-D) as well as a certified School Psychologist for both Will's Way and The Children's Center at the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Hargrove's interests include using behavioral methodologies to help children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, school consultation, and offering training opportunities to various community agencies.

 

Dr. Hargrove received her training from the University of Southern Mississippi School Psychology Program and afterwards spent a 1-year internship and a 3 year Post-Doctoral fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, part of Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. While in Baltimore, Dr. Hargrove spent two years working with children with chronic medical conditions as well including brain and spinal cord injuries, and an additional 2 years working in the Pediatric Developmental Disabilities clinic.

 

When not working, Dr. Hargrove enjoys spending time with her family, listening to live music, and traveling on the weekends.

Dannell Speights Roberts, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Dr. Dannell Speights Roberts is the Program Director and co-founder of Will's Way, LLC. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Mississippi and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She provides comprehensive evaluations and behaviorally based therapies to children and adolescents. Dr. Roberts specializes in diagnosing and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders. 

Dr. Roberts received her doctorate training from the University of Southern Mississippi School Psychology Program in 2005. She completed an internship at the May Institute in Randolph, Massachusetts specializing in children and adolescents with pervasive developmental disorders and traumatic brain injuries. Dr. Roberts is the immediate past president of the Behavior Analysis Association of Mississippi and is a current member of the Mississippi Autism Advisory Committee.

 

Dr. Roberts is a member of the Mississippi Psychological Association, the American Psychological Association (APA), the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), and the Behavior Analysis Association of Mississippi (BAAMS). She is also a member of the local Area Development Partnership (ADP) and a member of Hattiesburg Junior Auxiliary where she serves as the Nominations Chair. Dr. Roberts is married to Scott and they have two daughters. She and her family are members of Parkway Heights United Methodist Church.

Kristy DiSabatino McRaney, Ph.D.

Dr. Kristy DiSabatino McRaney is a clinical psychologist licensed in the State of Mississippi.

She specializes in comprehensive psychological evaluations and treatment of clinical mental health concerns in children such as emotional and behavioral difficulties, trauma assessment and treatment, parenting strategies/family therapy, and assessment of learning disorders/academic difficulties.

 

Dr. McRaney received her doctoral training from the University of Southern Mississippi Clinical Psychology Program. She completed her internship training in St. Louis, MO with the St. Louis Psychology Internship Consortium where she trained in multiple settings including the St. Louis Child Advocacy Center and multiple state psychiatric hospitals, including a child psychiatric inpatient unit. Dr. McRaney completed an additional training year as a postdoctoral resident in St. Louis, MO. During her residency at the University of Missouri-St. Louis Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Psychology, she received specialized training in comprehensive psychological assessments of children.

Katie Boozer is Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Mississippi and joined our team in August 2018. Katie’s interests include providing compliance training to parents and caregivers, assessment and treatment of language deficits in children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, as well as overseeing the implementation of language acquisition programs and behavior modification procedures such as mand training and functional communication training.

 

Katie attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where she received her M.S. in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. 

 

Katie currently serves as Region 3 Representative for the Behavior Analysis Association of Mississippi (BAAMS), and is also a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).

Katie is originally from Madison, MS, and currently lives in Hattiesburg, MS.

Kayla a native of Philadelphia, MS and is coming back home after completing her doctoral internship in Omaha Nebraska. Kayla is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is currently completing her post-doctoral fellowship with Will's Way.  Kayla graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in August 2019 with a Ph.D. in School Psychology.

Mary Beth Welch Blanchet is a native of Louisiana and worked for the St. Nicholas Center in Lake Charles for several years before relocating to south Mississippi. 
Blair Kux Burleson 
Office Manager

Mrs. Blair is currently serving as the Office Manager at Will’s Way, LLC. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Psychology in 2010.  Mrs. Blair worked as a behavioral aide for a young boy with Autism for one year before she began working at Will’s Way in July 2011.

 

Mrs. Blair handles all office related business including scheduling, client payment, and insurance verification.  Mrs. Blair is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and to help with any concerns that you may have.

Whitney Sephton

Whitney Sephton is a Registered Behavior Technician for Will's Way in the Jackson Metro area. She is a former special education teacher in the Rankin County School District and has extensive experience with classroom management and working with children with autism. Whitney currently serves as a school consultant and RBT for families in Central Mississippi.

 

Whitney and her family live in Brandon.

Callie Walden is a Registered Behavior Technician at Will’s Way in Hattiesburg, MS. Callie graduated from The University of North Texas in May of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

 

She has been working with children and adolescents with autism for three years and has been a Registered Behavior Technician for two years. Callie is passionate about improving the lives of children with autism and their families by using behavior-based interventions.  Callie and her husband currently live in Hattiesburg, MS.

Lindsey Bernard Naquin is a Registered Behavior Technician at Will’s Way in Hattiesburg, MS and is currently in her 3rd year in the School Psychology Doctoral program at the University of Southern Mississippi. Lindsey received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2015 and has been working with children with developmental disabilities for 4 years. Lindsey has experience working at the Touchstone Center in Houma, LA. Lindsey is originally from Houma, LA and currently lives in Hattiesburg, MS.

Jessica Niland has been working at Will’s Way since 2018. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and was a member of the International Honor Society of PSI CHI and Golden Key International Honors Society while attending USM. Jessica is currently pursuing her Master of Arts Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University.

Lora Blades joined our team in May 2018 as an RBT in the Gulfport clinic. Lora has a Bachelor's Degree in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. 

Mrs. Chris Benigno is a former Registered Nurse and Bakery Owner who helps keep our Gulfport Office running smoothly. Mrs. Chris is an avid baker and lover of Mardi Gras. Chris and her family live in the Ocean Springs area.

Samantha Benigno has been working at Will’s Way since 2016. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and was a member of the H.O.P.E Lab (Human Operant Performance and Evaluation) while attending USM.

 

Samantha was born in Northern California before moving to the Mississippi Gulf Coast with her family to complete high school and attend college. Samantha is currently pursuing a certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst. She lives in Ocean Springs and is active in the South Mississippi Kayak and Fishing Cub serving as Secretary for 2017.

Sarah Litten is a Registered Behavior Technician at Will’s Way in Hattiesburg, MS and is currently in her 1st year in the School Psychology Doctoral program at the University of Southern Mississippi. Sarah received her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018 and her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2016. Sarah has been working with children with developmental disabilities for two years. Sarah is originally from Mobile, AL and currently lives in Hattiesburg, MS.
